Graceland.

Spent this morning, working in one of the most beautiful home grown gardens I've ever witnessed. It really brought back memories of Food Water Shelter in Arusha, Tanzania. Great people bringing their imaginative ideas to life; complete with goats, chickens and soil you just can't help but dig your toes into. A wild place to be completely vulnerable, and in that way sensitive to all that surrounds you; the wind on your face, the energy in the ground, the soil between your toes, the due dancing on the leaves greeting your hands pleasantly, cool and calm, the sounds, the movement and constant change of things. There is definitely a freeing that occurs when you are able to experience all of this whilst lending your energy to the place and the people who need it. "The fragrance always stays in the hand that gives the rose."

The clearest way to the universe is through a forest wilderness.
